Lizabeth Connolly

After graduating from Fordham Law School, Lizabeth practiced for next four years in New York for a general corporate practice specializing in patent licensing and royalty agreements, vendor and non-disclosure agreements, and corporate entity formation. She relocated to the Bay Area and fell in love with the beauty of the California and never returned to the East Coast. Lizabeth is a California licensed attorney and Notary with a LLM in Taxation.

During the last ten years, in addition to corporate and intellectual property practice, she has practiced estate planning and enjoyed helping hundreds of clients achieve simple, cost-effective and timely transfers of their assets, as well as protecting their families, through proper estate planning.

A comprehensive estate planning package, whether for a single individual or married couple or unmarried partners, can include revocable trusts, pour over wills, power of attorneys, advanced healthcare directives, grant deeds, financial and custodial guardian nominations, personal property memos and preliminary transfer forms. Lizabeth is also familiar with specialty trusts, such as marital restrictions trusts, special needs trust and individual property trusts. For real property, Lizabeth’s estate planning strategy may include a revocable trust which allows the transfer of real property without a property tax appraisal and can save the estate and its beneficiaries from a expensive, long protracted, and public probate proceeding.
